Celebrate

Welcome to the 2011-2012 league year! You may not be aware, but this year we are celebrating 65 years of league service in San Angelo. As we work together this year, I want us to celebrate- everything.

We are a fortunate bunch. We have a wealth of knowledge, experience and a genuine desire to make the community we live in a better place. Whether it's through our Food 2 Kids program, our Ambassadors program, our Student Closet, our Kids in the Kitchen initiative, or our Done in a Day program, we make huge impacts on our society. We are able to achieve success in these programs, in part, due to the fundraising success of Breakfast with Santa, Junior League of San Angelo Western Dance and the Common Threads Style Show. We have much to celebrate!

As we go through the year, I encourage each of you to celebrate yourselves, others, our service, our commitment, our impact, and mostly, our legacy. We leave behind a path that has touched many, and we will blaze forward and create additional bright paths.
